CD Projekt in another Lawsuit

CD Projekt face another similar lawsuit like the once they did in December. That class action lawsuit alleges that CD Projekt mislead investors about the state of the game on last-gen consoles. The developers of the Cyberpunk 2077 has to respond to the second lawsuit with the first one filed on December 24. Both the lawsuits have been filed in the United States.

CDP responded by saying, “The Company will undertake vigorous action to defend itself against any such claims”. It doesn’t seem to be any easier for the developers it seems. They had to issue an apology to the players by station that the problems were found during testing. These reports were refuted by another report, from Bloomberg this time. It said that the developers knew of the severity of the problems arising in PS 4 and Xbox One.

As for now, CD Projekt seem to work on the patches. They are hoping to bring on a big update in a few days time. Another update will be brought to light in February. Though the developers don’t know if the game will return to PlayStation anytime soon!
